At Aussie DIY Solutions, we understand that sometimes our customers may need to return a product. We want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Below is our returns policy:
Our 30-day Return Policy
- If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you can return it within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- We will find the lowest available rate to minimize the return shipping costs that will be deducted from your refund amount. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance as Aussie DIY Solutions is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide instructions on how to exchange your item.
